Ruthless Compassion, A change catalyst in her own words is a Strategic Transformational Manager at Unilever. She embodies the essence of deep faith, flow state and divine love amidst all ambiguities. With the light and power she brings transformations at work and in other walks of life.

To be a perfect instrument for the higher light to manifest is her core aspiration.

A few years back, she had this realization that the physical transformation is inevitable in her journey ahead to receive more energy and the light and power for manifestation. She went through a holistic and sustainable way of her body transformation (in her words an XL to S ).
This helped her bring more power, be more agile and light and be open. This gives her a physical and mental capacity to reach out to a larger audience

Food in her experience is a source of energy and the right source of energy is quite important as it affects the being she is. She has many practices that she adopts (water therapy to hold more energy in a day ) and with certain other lifestyle changes (waking up at 4.30 am ) gives her ample time and energy to stay focussed in her practices.

She embraces change, variety and ambiguities and the essence of deep faith and silence and with the love and joy in her heart that follows she finds the oneness in and around and this enables her in her works and in the myriad of activities that she is into, whether it is her bharatanatyam dance or Kalaripayattu classes or the millets and greens recipes she does or the strategic transformation meetings and decisions that happens on a day to day basis.

Breath watch and getting into the silence in the body is something that she resorts to when she gets the sense of any entanglement. Connecting to the light and the power within, she has been able to bring paradigm shifts at work. In the collective she brings the expansion and co-living and co-creation essence, holding spaces with a motherly love and affection.

Her creative thinking enables her to be future focused, well ahead of time (say 10 years) and start manifesting the same in the present.

Abundance and growing bigger in the light of faith and divine love continues to be her mantra, and forever in awe of the creation be it the uniqueness of each leaf in nature or the different colours of a butterfly, or how the saturn rings are created in cosmos and how each and every tiny spec of nature is created for a reason and hence the need for a human creation to be very meticulous and attentive and focused in life.

On the core of the earth she sees a lot of warmth and acceptance which is birthing, and within human beings, she sees expansion and the idea of co - living and co-creation birthing more and more.

When asked to comment on money and its power in the world, she feels that money is under utilised and mis conceptualised. It is limitedly available. Good coordination and circulation is needed else money could have a dark or heavy feeling. Money becomes light in circulation. She feels already the block chain is a good start. There is more a neutral space, transaction and helps to go beyond elements of greed and jealousy which is there in the existing system.

If divine wills, she is sure to be at the top of an organisation and bring some impacts in the society with the change ..Exploring new ways of living with divine love and money flow into the economy, Bring equal opportunities to artists and talents, respecting the division of labour in all strata of society, bring a pool of experts and combine them in the work spaces to bring more proficiency.
